Well today I have had a go at being a bit technical!
For a while I have wanted to have a web form version of our paperwork online - today I have managed to create these forms... I think!
Head over to the Downloads page if you need to complete either a application for a burial plot, an interment form for burial or order a plaque.
If it doesn't work for any reason - please bear with me and let me know, I will try to fix it.
